The internet has a fake review problem. We built mrreviewai.com to be different — here’s what we actually do.
The problem we’re solving
Most AI tool review sites have at least one of these issues: paid rankings, AI-generated fake reviews, undisclosed conflicts of interest, or stale data that hasn’t been checked in months.
We built our platform from day one to avoid all of these.
What we do differently
We never sell rankings. A company cannot pay us to improve their position in search results, increase their Trust Score, or appear more prominently in category listings. The only paid placement we offer is a clearly labeled “Featured” badge — and it does not affect Trust Score calculations.
We separate AI data from human reviews. Our AI agent continuously updates factual information (pricing, features, availability). Human reviews are kept completely separate and are never modified by automated systems.
We require specificity. Generic reviews carry less weight than specific ones. Our review form asks for use case, duration of use, and actual results achieved.
We publish negative reviews. If a user had a bad experience and writes about it honestly, we publish it. Tool companies can respond but cannot remove accurate negative reviews.
We disclose everything. Affiliate relationships are disclosed on every relevant page. Our Trust Score formula is public. We show when data was last verified.
What we’re still building
We’re a small team and we’re honest about where we are. We’re working on email verification for reviewers, a “verified purchase” badge for users who can prove tool usage, and more anti-spam detection over time.
We’d rather tell you what we’re working toward than pretend we’re already perfect.
